Justin Miller, former Clemson cornerback was taken by the New York Jets in the second round as the No. 57 overall selection.
"We felt like we were able to address a situation at corner, but also a returner with Justin Miller," said New York general manager Bradway. "He was Mike Westhoff's (Jets' special teams coach) number one guy as a returner. We were able to fill two needs with one pick."
"We don't have a return guy, so he's the return guy when he gets here," said Jets head coach Herman Edwards. "Obviously he has the ability to play corner. If you can get a guy who can do both, that helps you."
Former Tiger linebacker Leroy Hill was also selected Saturday in the third round with the No. 98 overall selection.
"There's always room for improvement but I got a lot of nice accomplishments from my football experience," Hill told CUTigers.com last week before the draft. "I got to All-American status, I was All-ACC, the defensive player of the year, so I have a lot to look back on and be proud of."
