Taylor Pharr, from Shades Valley High School, has increased his list of offers. Last Thursday, he received an offer from the Auburn Tigers. Two new schools have now pulled the trigger.
"I have received two new offers from LSU and Clemson. I received both offers when Coach Jimbo Fisher (LSU) and Coach Dabo Swinney (Clemson) visited my school," said Pharr.
"I was sick, and I didn't go to school that day. My coach said they came by, and they told him they both had offers for me. Coach Chavis from Tennessee was there on Tuesday. He said he would call me Monday. He said they were very interested in me. There was a coach from Alabama there as well," Pharr added.
With two new offers in hand, Pharr is excited about both schools.
"I really like LSU. They were the national champions two years ago. I have heard good things about the new coach. As for Clemson, I really like Coach Dabo Swinney. I also like Coach Tommy Bowden. Having two more offers is just really exiting. We'll see what happens next."
