Tigers Hold at No. 12

Clemson remains ranked within the top 15 in the country.

Tulane has been ranked No. 1 in Collegiate Baseball newspaper's NCAA Division I baseball poll for the eighth straight week.

Poll Notes: Several teams have been red hot lately. The hottest is undoubtedly Georgia Tech. which raced through the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament with a four straight wins. The Yellow Jackets also won the regular season ACC title. Nebraska, which has won 10 of its last 11 games, rebounded from a first round loss in the Big 12 Conference tournament to win five straight for the championship. The title game saw the Cornhuskers post a 1-0 victory over the Baylor Bears.

Baylor, which posted 3-1 record last week in finishing second at the Big 12 tournament, knocked off Texas for the fourth straight time this season. The Bears were ranked sixth this week while the Longhorns fell to seventh. Rice won five consecutive games to close out its regular season schedule. The only team to fall out of the top 30 this week was Creighton which posted a 4-2 record as Mississippi St. jumped into the No. 30 slot after winning the Southeastern Conference tournament with four consecutive victories.
