6-foot-2, 195 pound wide receiver prospect Richard Jackson has offers from all three Florida powerhouses along with Clemson and many others. The prize recruit also began his summer visit tour last week. "I went on an unofficial visit to Miami last Thursday. It was a nice visit," Jackson told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.

A trip to Clemson is already planned for later this month. "I am going to Georgia Tech. Then I am coming to camp at Clemson. I think I will be there from June 24 to 26. I am also going to take an unofficial visit to Florida State. That will probably be it," said Jackson.

When asked if he has any early favorites, Jackson responded, "No, not really. I have like seven or nine schools I like right now."

"But I am going to try to make a commitment before the start of the season. If not I'll make one during the season."

What are some of the things Jackson is looking for in his future school? "Early playing time is big and I will also look at academics. I want major in History or Sports Management."

Who is recruiting the star receiver the hardest at this time? "Notre Dame and Miami are recruiting me the hardest right now," stated Jackson.

Jackson had a remarkable junior campaign with 72 receptions for 1,272 yards and 11 touchdowns. He is also a standout on the defensive side of the ball as well, recording 41 tackles with three interceptions. For his efforts he was named 1st Team All-Central Florida.
