JUCO Safety Postpones Visit

Former Madison County standout Jonathan Warren had hoped to visit Clemson before heading back to school, but that visit has been postponed.

The 6-0, 180 pound safety prospect Jonathan Warren will not be visiting Clemson before heading back to Butler County Community College in Kansas. "I did not go to Clemson this weekend. I talked to Coach Swinney. He told me to come up for an official visit during the season," said Warren.

When asked who his current favorites are, Warren responded, "Clemson, Iowa State and Florida State. It's really those three right now. I will pick one of those by the end of September.

"Right now, I am not taking any other visits. I think I'm done with that. But I also would like to decide on a school in August or September," he said.

Warren has just a few weeks before he heads back to Butler County Community College. "I leave for school on August 4th," stated the former four-star safety.

Warren, who has said in previous interviews with CUTigers.com that early playing time is very important in the decision-making process, will likely commit before visiting Clemson.

"I want to come up for the Florida State game (in November) but I will probably commit before then," he added.
