One of the Georgia's top OL prospects from the 2003 recruiting season will be Zeb McKinzey from Parkiew High School. McKinzey plays guard for the state champion Panthers.

Zeb McKinzey #77
6-3, 280, 5.2
Offensive Guard
Lilburn (Ga.) Parkview

School Preferences - Clemson, Georgia and Auburn lead

McKinzey, 6-3 and 280 pounds, bench presses 415 pounds and power cleans 315. That is strong for a high school junior.

"Strength is my best attribute,' said McKinzey. "I also have good technique. I would say I am a little better run blocker than pass protector."

According to McKinzey, he has one verbal offer (Clemson) so far. But that should soon change with the May Evaluation Period starting soon.

"Right now, my three favorites are Clemson, Georgia and Auburn. I want to play in the South and not too far away." McKinzey has taken unofficial visits to all three schools.

"He is actually a two-way guy for us," said Parkview Head Coach Cecil Flowe. "But he is a terrific offensive linemen with good feet. Zeb is also as strong as a house."
