The Clemson Tigers continue to be one of the top schools for four-star safety Jonathan Warren, but a new team appears to have joined his favorites. When asked if he has a leader or any current favorites, Warren responded, "Right now a new team has just jumped up. Nebraska is up there now. They are up there with Clemson, Iowa State and Florida State. They are all about even."
The 6-0, 180 pound prospect is back at Butler County Community College preparing for the upcoming season.
"Yeah I'm back at school now," Warren said. "It's going real good. We just got out of practice. Things are looking good for this year.I will be playing strong safety this season."
The talented defender still plans to visit Clemson later this fall. "I am coming to Clemson for a visit on November 12 for the Florida State game. That's the only visit I have scheduled right now. So I know I'm going there then."
Warren expects to make a commitment over the next couple of months. "I will probably make my decision by the end of September. It will be before the visit to Clemson," Warren added.
Warren, who orginally signed to play with Florida State, is a former high school teammate of current Tiger Bobby Hutchinson.
