The 6-0, 180 pound prospect is having an outstanding season for Butler County Community College. "We are 6-0 and the No. 1 in the country right now," Warren told CUTigers.com. I have 42 tackles and two interceptions on the year."
When asked about his current leaders in the recruiting process, Warren responded, "Recruiting has been heating up. I have two schools at the top. My top two are Iowa State and Clemson.
"Iowa State and Clemson are ahead of Florida State. Those two have been recruiting me the hardest. They keep in touch often. They have both been pretty hot."
Expect a decision before Christmas for the four-star safety. "I will make my decision some time in December," stated Warren.
A commitment could come earlier if the Butler County standout is impressed when he visits Death Valley in November. "I have set official visits with both Clemson and Iowa State. I am taking my visit to Clemson for the Florida State game. I have a visit scheduled for Iowa State on December 9. Whichever school I feel the most at home with is where I will go. If I feel comfortable I will commit on the spot."
Warren had hoped to be able to graduate in December, but that is not going to happen. "I will be getting out in May," stated the talented defender.
The prize recruit would love to play in the ACC. "I think the ACC is the best conference in football. The Big 12 is also a top notch conference," he said.
Clemson continues to remain in close contact with the four-star prospect. "I talked with Coach Swinney on Thursday. He talked to me about their game and my visit. He is ready for me to come up there," Warren added.
We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding safety from Florida, right up through signing day.
