"I've been looking at a few schools. Clemson, Louisville, Auburn and Miami are the main ones. All of them except Miami have offered but I think I may get one from them soon," Eugene Sowell said.
Sowell talks about why each of those programs has made his list.
Clemson: "They basically have a real good program. I was just watching the replay of the game last week and they have a really good team with great academics."
Louisville: "They have a great offense and they're always putting points on the board. They're always top 10 or 20 in the nation and Coach Whitt is a real cool guy."
Auburn: "It's a good school and I'm real familiar with them because my brother went there. It's a great academic school and they are always going to be competing for the SEC Championship."
Miami: "That's just a great program. You can't ask much more. There really isn't anything you can say about that. They are always trying for that National Championship."
Sowell is looking to set up official visits after his high school season is complete.
"I haven't set a visit yet because I've been busy with my season. I've been to Auburn a few times unofficially though and I'm trying to hit some more here soon. I was going to go to Clemson or Louisville this weekend but I'm taking the ACT."
