Florida LB May Attend Bowden Bowl

Jeremy Campbell, one of the top linebackers in Florida, is considering a return visit to Death Valley to see this year's Bowden Bowl.

6-2, 210 pound linebacker prospect Jeremy Campbell has already taken an official visit to Clemson, but he may make one more trip to Death Valley before the end of the year.

"I have to talk with my dad. Our last game is this week so I may be able to come up for the Clemson - Florida State. I know it is a 12:00 kickoff. I would say it's about 50/50. It depends on my basketball schedule. As soon as football is over I dive right into basketball," Campbell told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.

When asked if he has a leader in the recruiting process, Campbell responded, "No, I don't have a leader right now. I am waiting to see how the rest of my visits go. I will see how everything goes from there."

The Spruce Creek standout has already taken two official visits. "I have already taken official visits to Clemson and Purdue. I am going to Louisville next week for an official visit. Then I plan to visit Indiana and Kansas. I am not sure when those visits are, but my dad has them scheduled," he said.

Coach Hobby continues to stay in touch with the prize recruit. "He tells me how much they want me. He tells me how well I will fit into their defensive scheme," Campbell said.

A verbal commitment appears to still be months away for the talented defender. "Yeah, I'm not really in a hurry right now. I want to wait until I take all of my visits to make my decision."

What will be the biggest factors in where Florida standout decide where to sign in February? "I will look at how I feel around the players. I want to feel like I am at home. I also want to make sure I get a good education," Campbell added.
