Johnson is a cornerback through and through, meaning he's played cornerback throughout his high school career, and he'll stick with that position at the next level. He has excellent recovery speed, great footwork, fluid hips, and he's also excels at returning punts.

To put it simply, Johnson is a pure athlete that really is about as close to the total package as you are going to find in the secondary. He also is an excellent student on and off the field, projecting as a full qualifier with a GPA just over 3.3.

Expect nothing short of a battle between a whole host of southern schools before things are all said and done with him. Georgia and Georgia Tech have just started to warm up to Johnson, and both schools will likely become significant factors very soon, if they aren't already.

We'll have more on Jeremie Johnson as we receive more information throughout the year. He's certainly one to keep an eye on.
