Spiller Visits FSU; Tigers Still in the Mix

Florida State hosted the No. 3 running back in the country according to Scout.com this weekend. Find out how things went with the five-star standout from Lake Butler (Fla.) Union County.

"It went very good," C.J. Spiller said. "I would rate the visit as a 9.5 because I felt very comfortable. It went a lot better than some of the locals from Union County told me it would be."

Spiller was hosted by running back Lorenzo Booker and he also go to hang out with Myron Rolle and Antone Smith.

"Booker was straight with me and he told me all about the depth chart," he said. "He told that he has been treated very well at Florida State. I got my questions answered by him and the depth chart there is no longer a concern."

The North Florida Standout told Renegade Report.com that he has no leaders but Florida State, Florida and Clemson has a very good shot with him.

"Florida State wants to get back to the days of Warrick Dunn running a lot," he said. "I can start on punt returns because they lose all of those guys from this past year."

Spiller will announce his decision at 10 AM PM ET at his school on signing day.
