Rennie Moore Profile
Moore sat out his entire junior season due to a severely broken leg but he's now back and ready to go in 2006.
"Right now I need to work on getting my leg back right because I had a compound fracture. I broke both my tibia and my fibia during a scrimmage before the season. I've been going to rehab every day and it's coming back strong," Rennie Moore said.
Despite missing last season, colleges are well aware of this big athlete and are already showing him plenty of attention.
"I'm hearing from Florida State, Georgia, Clemson and South Carolina."
Moore names an early top five.
"I like Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida," he said.
What stands out about each of those programs?
Clemson: "I just like the team there. If I go to Clemson I'll be playing defense."
Florida State: "They want me on either side of the ball and I like the fact they want me both ways."
Georgia: "They like me at linebacker or defensive end and I just like their whole linebacker crew."
South Carolina: "I like their passing game and they want me to play tight end."
Florida: "I like their defense a lot. It's been good for a long time."
As mentioned above, Moore could play either side of the football once he gets to college.
"I'm 6-4 258 pounds right now. I'd like to play either defensive end or tight end in college. Some schools like Georgia are even looking at me as a linebacker."
