6-6, 280 pound offensive line prospect Trinton Sturdivant is quickly building an impressive offer list entering the last part of his junior year.

"Right now I have over 14 offers," Sturdivant told CUTigers.com in a recent interview. "They include Georgia, Florida, Clemson, North Carolina State, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and Duke among others.

"I am also getting interest from Miami, Maryland, Southern California, Texas and Notre Dame."

When asked if he has any early leaders in the recruiting process, Sturdivant responded, "Not really. If I had to choose I would probably say Florida, Georgia and Clemson would be up there."

What does he like best about those three schools?

Florida: "I like the coaches there. They are great. They are straight forward. Actually I like the coaches at all three. I like the fact that they have a winning program. I haven't seen their facilities yet."

Georgia: "I like the fact that I would have a chance for early playing time. I also like their facilities. I went there for junior day."

Clemson: "I haven't heard much about Clemson just yet but I want to know more about them. I like that they have a winning program. I like the people that they recruited in this year's class. I think they have a good future."

The 4-star lineman is also planning to attend junior day at Clemson on Saturday. "Yeah I am looking forward to that," he said. "I will be going to Tennessee the Saturday after that. And then I will be going to the Nike combine at Georgia and the Scout.com combine at Duke."

What are the strengths of the talented tackle? "My strength is run blocking. We do it so much at our school. I also have good speed and agility," responded Sturdivant. "I want to work on pass blocking some next year. We probably only threw the ball like three times per game this year because our running game was so good."

Also, don't be surprised to see Sturdivant make a verbal commitment before his senior season. "I want to make it before football starts," he said. "It will be before our first game. There is just so much coming at one time."

What will later this year when selecting a school? "I would like to play kind of early," he said. "I will also look at the facilities and the coaching staff."
