O&W Game: Bowden Postgame Comments

CLEMSON - Listen to Clemson head coach Tommy Bowden talk about Saturday's Orange & White game.

On Rendrick Taylor:
"He's been very consistent. He's been a very consistent performer. Now that he's learned several positions it was a very impressive performance by him. Not so much just today, that's kind of the way he's been since he stepped on campus."

On C.J. Gaddis:
"All my comments about him since he's been here is that he has tremendous potential and his performance has not matched his potential. Now consistency is his next step. Talent he has.

On How Much Evaluating that can be done from the Spring Game:
"Some, not a whole bunch. That's the one thing you sacrifice when you go to this kind of a game-type format. But again, it's more fan-friendly. The players like it more. If I continue to have the numbers, we'll continue to do it. The key is having the numbers to do it. From an evaluation purpose, you don't get that much done."

On Proctor's Interceptions
"I need to look at it on tape. I was doing an interview for a large part (of the game). Some of them I didn't even see. The one I saw late was an under thrown ball. Will is a fifth-year senior. Last year he was the MVP of the spring game. His practice performance, Texas A&M performance and Duke performance have been pretty solid. ... It would be hard to draw any kind of conclusions on today."
