Future 5-Star Misses Clemson Visit

The top junior prospect in Georgia had planned to be back in Death Valley Saturday, but he didn't make the trip. Will the future All American be in Death Valley this weekend? CUTigers.com has the latest on the future 5-star prospect in this recruiting update.

OL A.J. Harmon Profile

6-4, 305 pound offensive line prospect A.J. Harmon wasn't able to get up early enough Saturday to make the noon kickoff Saturday in Death Valley.

"I wasn't able to make it. I woke up at 10:50 on Saturday. I was so tired. My knees were sore when I got up from our game," Harmon told CUTigers.com.

The Georgia standout will be in Death Valley at least one more time this month.

"I was planning to come to the North Carolina State game and the South Carolina game," he said. "I'm not sure yet if I will make both. I know my mom can come, but I'm not sure if my dad will have to work."

The playoffs are just around the corner for the star lineman.

"We lost this week. Our secondary missed a lot of coverages. It was hard for us to cover them. We are going to make the playoffs. We had a good chance to be the regional champs, but this weeks loss hurt us," he said.

The verbal looming commitment will have to wait until Harmon makes it back to Death Valley.

"I am going to hold off until my parents can see Clemson," added Harmon.
