Shrine Bowl: Wilson Norris Update

ROEBUCK, S.C. - It's been a while since Wilson Norris gave his verbal commitment to Clemson University. And while he may not grab the headlines of a top quarterback or wide receiver, he's proving his worth as an offensive lineman this week as he prepares for Saturday's Shrine Bowl.

How have you enjoyed Shrine Bowl week so far?
Norris: It has been fun. It has been good practices. It has been enjoyable being out here with all these guys at this talent level.

What is the biggest difference you see on the field this week?
Norris: I am blocking somebody good every play instead of every once in a while.

Have you enjoyed playing on the same offensive line as Mason this week?
Norris: It has been fun for me and him to get a chance to play together. It has been real fun.

How did you enjoy the visit to the hospital on Sunday?
Norris: It was real fun. It is what this whole week is about. It was well worth it. It was a good thing to do.

What are your goals for the game Saturday?
Norris: I just want to play the best I can. I want to try to start and have the best game that I can.

How have you enjoyed playing with eight of your future teammates this week?
Norris: It is great. It is a good feeling knowing that you have so many of your future teammates out here. Just because of that it has caused the whole South Carolina team to come together and be a lot closer. Top Stories
