4-star linebacker Larry Asante is planning to announce his decision first thing tomorrow morning, but he doesn't know where he will announce yet.
"I still don't know. I have not made up my mind yet. I am going to sit down with my mom and dad and talk some more tonight," Asante told CUTigers.com.
Clemson, Nebraska and Kansas State have been the final three for Asante. Has he dropped any of the schools yet?
"No, it is still those three," replied the talented defender.
Some reports had the prize recruit already making a commitment to Nebraska over the weekend. Is there any truth to those reports?
"No man," he said. "I still haven't made up my mind."
Last week Asante took his final official visit when he visited Clemson.
"It went real good. I had a great time. I enjoyed meeting the guys and talking with coach Vic and coach Bowden," Asante said.
Former Coffeyville teammate Chris Russell was his host during the visit.
"It was good to see Chris. We hung out and had a good time."
How did Asante rate the visit on a scale of one to ten? "I would give it an eight. Coach Vic told me how much they needed me at Clemson. He told me I could help get them over the edge."
Did visit help Tigers chances of landing the star linebacker?
"Yes, it helped there chances," added Asante.
