LB Duane Maddox Profile

The scholarship offers are beginning to roll in for 6-2, 220 pound linebacker Duane Maddox.

"I have several offers," Maddox told CUTigers.com in a recent interview. "Right now I have offers from Clemson, North Carolina State and North Carolina. I am also hearing a lot from Florida."

Coach Napier is recruiting Maddox for the Tigers.

"I hear from Coach Napier all the time. He is a good coach. He is a great guy," said Maddox.

When asked if he has a current leader, Maddox responded, "Right now I am probably leaning a little bit towards State a little bit. I will probably wait a while though before I commit. I want to see who offers so I know all of my options."

Where does the talented linebacker plan to camp this summer?

"I went to camp at State last year. This summer I plan to go to Florida, State or Carolina," replied the prize recruit.

What are some of his strengths?

"My strength is my speed. I would also say my tackling skills," he added.
