Kenneth Page, one of the top five juniors in South Carolina, traveled to Clemson Saturday.
"It was good," he said. "I came up with my coach and my cousin. I had already seen everything so it was nothing new. It was just going back up and visiting with some of the coaches.
"My coach really liked Clemson. He enjoyed the visit."
What did the prize recruit enjoy the most about the visit?
"I really enjoyed watching them practice. They were only in shorts but it was good to see. It was the first college practice I had ever watched," replied Page.
Coach Brad Scott impressed Page as he watched practice.
"I think coach Scott is an excellent offensive line coach. He is also an excellent person overall," stated Page.
During the visit the A.C. Flora standout had the opportunity to meet with several Clemson coaches.
"I got to talk with coach Bowden, coach Rumph and coach Scott. They told me there are still very interested in me. They want me to come back for the spring game. They also want me to come to camp this summer," said Page.
When asked if he is any closer to a verbal commitment after the visit, Page responded, "I haven't seen that many of the other schools yet. I still want to wait it out so I can make a firm decision. I want to visit as many places as possible."
Page doesn't have any other visit plans for the next few weeks.
"I don't really have any. We will just have to see whatever comes along," stated the talented lineman. "I still don't have a leader either," he added.
