Tigers Receive 2009 Commitment

The Clemson Tigers received a verbal commitment Saturday from one of the top prospects in the southeast for the class of 2009.

The Clemson Tigers picked up their first verbal commitment Saturday for the class of 2009, Christ Churh OL J.K. Jay.

Jay, a 6-7, 275 pound offensive tackle prospect committed to Clemson today during the Orange and White game.

Clemson currently has six verbal commitments for the class of 2008, including one of the state's top two players in Bamberg-Ehrhardt defensive lineman Daquan Bowers.
