RB/LB Christian Wilson Profile
6-3, 235 pound prospect Christian Wilson has started practice for his senior season at Montour High School.
"It was a little bad yesterday," he said. "We did lots of running yesterday. It was good today."
Wilson also said his summer visit tour is complete and he is completely focueds on his final year of high school football.
"I am done with visits for the summer. My last one was Florida," said Wilson.
When asked about his current favorites, Wilson responded, "I would probably say Michigan, Rutgers and Clemson.
"I plan to take my official visits after the season. I will probably make my decision in January or February."
The top athlete plans to visit Clemson along with his other favorites this fall.
"Yeah I am going to try to get to games at those three schools. Hopefully I will get to some others also," he said.
Which team is recruiting the prize recruit the hardest right now?
"With the text messaging gone now I would say Michigan or Clemson," replied Wilson.
The change to no longer allow coaches to text players does not make much difference to Wilson.
"It didn't bother me at first," he said. "They text you during school sometimes, but you don't answer. I guess it bothered other players."
What are Wilson's goals for his final high school season?
"I just want to have a good season. I want to stay healthy. I want to make my last season special," replied Wilson.
The talented athlete could play several positions at the next level.
"Schools are recruiting me as an H-back, linebacker or defensive end. I don't have a preference. I just want to go and see what happens with my body," said Wilson.
Scout.com currently ranks Wilson as the No. 19 tight end in the country and a four-star prospect.
