"We won 26-13 Friday night. It was an easy win. We let up some after the third quarter," Parker writes in his most recent entry.

SEPT. 25, 2007 - KYLE PARKER WEEK EIGHT ENTRY

We won 26-13 Friday night. It was an easy win. We let up some after the third quarter.

They took me out after the third quarter. I rushed for 155 yards and one touchdown. I also threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns.

We are 3-1 now. Next week we play Lake Brantley. They lost in the 6A state title last year. I have seen them on film. It is going to be a good challenge for us.

I watched the Clemson game. It was awesome. The offense is doing well. They threw it well and ran it well. They are playing real good.

I am real excited about how well they are doing. I wore my orange all day long.

Harper played real well. He is playing lights out.

It is nice that Clemson is doing so good. Down here most people are not big college fans. I have been telling them that Clemson is going to be good. Now that they are doing well it should help build the program.

Xavier Brewer and I are doing a sports program at school. We talk about how the team is doing on the school television.

The local press coverage has been good this year. Most of the stuff on our school is published in the St. Augustine Record. They do a good job.

The team in Alaska won their game this week. They are going to the playoffs. They are ranked 5th in their division.

If the Virginia Tech game is later in the day Xavier and I should be coming for the game. We have been talking to our coach about it. He graduated from Virginia Tech. He is a huge Tech fan, but he also wants to see what it is like at Clemson.

Until next week ... Kyle Parker.
