On Location: Ardrey Kell vs Independence

CHARLOTTE - Several of the top players in North Carolina were in action Friday night when Charlotte Independence defeated Ardrey Kell 61-3. CUTigers.com was on hand to watch the future college stars.

Devonte Holloman, one of the top juniors in North Carolina, played quarterback and some safety for Independence. The star athlete rushed eight times for 74 yards and a touchdown. He also threw two touchdown passes.

Georgia commitment Makiri Pugh played safety for Independence and didn't have much action as the front seven for Independence dominated the Ardrey Kell offense.

Super sophomore Prince Shembo played defensive end for Ardrey Kell and tried his best to slowdown the powerhouse offense of Independence.

Both Schembo and Holloman traveled to Clemson Saturday to watch the Tigers battle Virginia Tech.
