STATS: Jones caught six passes for 105 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-32 win over Chester last Friday night. Blythewood has now won 21 consecutive games headed into Friday night's game with A.C. Flora. Jones also played as a defensive back for the Bengals for the first time this season. "They have some amazing athletes on offense, so we had to step it up on defense," Jones told The State newspaper. "For the first time (on defense), I did OK."

They have Travis Arnold who is going to Florida State. He plays all over their defense. I have been watching him on film. They also have a 2009 prospect DeAngelo McRae. He is a big defensive tackle. He has been up to Clemson for a game."

STATS: Daquan Bowers rushed for 101 yards to help lead Bamberg-Ehrhardt past Allendale 14-7 to keep the Red Raiders undefeated at 7-0. Bowers now has 699 yards rushing on 78 attempts and five touchdowns this season. B-E will look to win its first game at Blackville-Hilda Friday night for the first time in two decades.

STATS: Ellington finished with 82 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries in a 28-0 win over Goose Creek last Friday night. "Coming into this game, it meant a lot. This game would dictate the No. 1 team in the region," Ellington told the Charleston Post & Courier. "Now we have a chance to go out and win it." Ellington has now rushed 121 times for 783 yards (6.5 avg) and 11 touchdowns this season.
