Vince Hall (6-1, 238), a high school linebacker from Western Branch High School (Va.). is one of the most highly sought high school players at his position. Ranked the number 10 linebacker in the country by, and a BorderWars Top 101 player, he is getting lots of attention from top football programs.

Inside Carolina has learned that Hall has recently changed his list of prospective schools. Formerly, Hall listed Maryland as one of his choices, but has recently dropped the Terps out of contention for his services, replacing them with the Clemson Tigers. His favorites are now Tennessee, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Penn State, and Clemson.

Hall has set up one visit so far, to Tennessee on Nov. 9 when the Vols play top ranked Miami. Hall indicated to Inside Carolina that he would likely visit Chapel Hill in December.

When asked what he was looking for in school, Hall said, "The football program and how I fit in, and academics." Hall is uncertain as to what he would like to major in while in college.

An agressive linebacker, Hall will be a 4 year starter when is career has finished at Western Branch. As a Junior, he had 28 tackles for loss, including 11 sacks. He also plays tight end on offense and has caught two touchdown passes this season. Western Branch is undefeated this year, currently standing at 7-0.

Hall's high school coach has only advised Hall that he should go to the place that is best for him.
