DE Duane Chisolm Profile

6-4, 250 pound junior defensive end Duane Chisolm, out of Beaufort, S.C., will travel to Clemson on Saturday.

"I am going to Clemson on Saturday for their junior day. It will be my first visit to Clemson. I am looking forward to it," he told CUTigers.com in a recent interview. "I will be coming with my coach. My mom is thinking about coming also."

The prize recruit, who totaled 155 total tackles, including 15 sacks and 19 tackles for loss as a junior, has already built an outstanding offer list.

"Right now I have offers from Kentucky, North Carolina State, West Virginia, South Carolina and Clemson. I am also hearing from Virginia Tech," said Chisolm.

When asked if he has a current leader, Chisolm responded, "I am not sure right now."

Despite not naming a leader, Chisolm admits there is a possibility he could commit to the Tigers this weekend.

"Maybe, I am still thinking about it. It might be what's best for me. It would be good to know I am guaranteed a spot. I will have to see once I get there," said Chisolm.

What is the strength of the star defensive end?

"My strength is my quickness," replied Chisolm. Clemson assistant coach Ron West is recruiting the talented junior for the Tigers.

"I grew up pulling for South Carolina. Now I am fond of Clemson," Chisolm added.
