Updated Holloman Recruiting Diary

Despite rumors suggesting otherwise, Devonte Holloman, one of the top athletes in the south for the class of 2009, is still looking at all of his options when it comes to recruiting.

ATH Devonte Holloman Profile

I didn't get to make it down to Georgia this weekend. My dad had to work so I didn't make it.

I don't think I will take any visits the next few weeks. I am going to try to go see some spring practices instead of junior days. I don't have anything planned right now.

I heard from Oregon this week. My coach talked to me and told me that Oregon had called to check on me.

I got mail this week from Georgia. I got a couple of hand written letters from NC State and Stanford. I got one from coach Napier at Clemson this week.

We lost to our rival Butler in basketball on Friday night. We lost by six. I didn't play last Tuesday against East Mecklenburg because I had a little stomach virus.

I am getting ready to go to AAU practice later today. I am playing for the Charlotte Phoenix. We have a lot of good people on our team. Stephon hasn't decided where he is going to play yet.

School is going pretty good. I got a 4.25 for the first semester.

I am still thinking about enrolling early. I am not sure if I will or not. I'm still thinking on it.

I watched the dunk contest last night with my family. I am going to watch the All Star game tonight when I get home from practice.

I plan to narrow things down in the next few months. I plan to have five before the start of the season. It will probably be by the middle of summer.
