Holding several impressive scholarship offers, 2009 Dorman (S.C.) offensive lineman Brandon Thomas says he didn't realize that he's blowing up in a big way. The Dorman Cavalier standout made the short trip down I-85 to visit with the Clemson Tigers on Thursday.

Brandon had this to say about his visit, "It was fun. I got to talk with Tommy Bowden, Brad Scott, Billy Napier, and some other coaches."

When asked if he had a leader in the recruiting process, Thomas said, "No but I am really liking North Carolina, South Carolina, and Clemson."

Thomas currently holds offers from all four schools, including one from Clemson which was officially extended earlier this month.

Thomas also spoke about his strengths on the field, "I work hard and try and use my quickness to my advantage. I'm not that strong right now because of my injury last year to my wrist, as I had to play in a cast the whole season. But I had my surgery and going to get my cast off soon. Other than that I feel that I can improve a lot more when I get to college," he said.

Clemson is expected to sign at least two offensive linemen in the 2009 recruiting class. The Tigers currently have a verbal commitment from Christ Church's J.K. Jay, the No. 1 offensive lineman in the state.
