Miller: So far the jamboree is going pretty good. The team is playing hard. We expected a couple of challenges from South Pointe and Marlboro County with them being so competitive in their leagues. Everyone is showing up so far and making plays. We are doing what we know how to do. We are playing Rebel ball like we know. People are just making plays. It is as simple as that.
How are defenses going to be able to stop you and Brandon on that same defensive line?
Miller: We are coached by the best defensive line coach in the state. He has us playing right. We are going to try to play hard for him and bring us back to the state. Playing against the offensive line the way we see it is there is one man in front of you so beat him.
How have you enjoyed your visits to Clemson this summer?
Miller: Those visits have been great to me. They showed me everything and I talked to the academic administrators and everything. They showed us how a student athlete would do at Clemson and how we would fit into their program. Clemson stands really high with me right now. They are at my top spot right now so I have high expectations for them. I can't wait to go to a couple of games this season.
What is your relationship like with coach Napier?
Miller: Coach Napier is a great guy. He reacts with the young kids. He is just awesome.
How do you feel about Clemson becoming known as defensive end university?
Miller: That is the first thing I noticed about Clemson is the defensive end play. With Ricky Sapp, Da'Quan Bowers, Gaines Adams and everybody else that is what I have been growing up watching.
Have you been a Clemson fan for a while?
Miller: I have been.
Do you plan to be at a lot of Clemson games this fall?
Miller: I plan to.
What other schools are you looking at right now?
Miller: We went to Georgia. They offered Brandon, but they haven't offered me yet. I am going to keep working hard and try to get one. Recently me, Marcus and Brandon were all offered by Tennessee. I also received an offer from Maryland and Texas A&M so I am just going to try to keep working.
When would you like to make a decision?
Miller: Senior year most likely.
