WOULD RAIN IMPACT THE GAME? Not really. They've got the field turf/astro turf. That field turf holds rain pretty well so that shouldn't be a factor. But if it's raining really really hard then griping the ball and receiving becomes a question. I didn't think it was supposed to rain the hard but if it does, then you have to take that into consideration and all of that.
IS JIMMY MANERS STILL YOUR PUNTER? Will be a pre-game decision.
HOW COMFORTABLE ARE YOU WITH BUCHHOLZ AND HIS DISTANCE? Traditionally if there is no wind - 52 or 53 yards. A lot of that depends on how the game is going, how good our defense is playing and do I want to give them the ball in fairly good field position. Just to say everything is generic- 52 or 53 yards with no wind.
DEFENSIVELY, ARE THEY DOING ANYTHING DIFFERENT THIS YEAR? They changed coordinators but they pretty much run the same thing. If you watch the game, you'll notice they do more movement. They do a real good job of doing a very coordinated, and do it at the last minute. Which is really tough for an experienced line, but really tough for an inexperienced line. They are really good at it. I don't know if they did that much last year but they are doing it this year.
IS CHRIS HAIRSTON CLOSE TO 100 PERCENT? He's looked pretty good. I don't know if he's 100 percent but he would be fairly close I think.
