Pebblebrook prospect Thomas Flowers is an exciting running back from the Peach State. This weekend, he will visit Georgia (12-13). "Right now, I am open,'" said Flowers. "I also like Clemson (1-10), Virginia (1-17), Auburn (1-24) and I may set up a visit to Florida."
Flowers has had in-home visits with Georgia and Clemson within the last week. This season, he rushed for over 1,300 yards and 9 touchdowns.
Flowers shared time with 2,200 yards rusher Brent Thomas as a junior and still managed to gain over 900 yards and 15 touchdowns including a state record 8 in one game.
This year, he led the county in rushing with 1,129 yards and 15 touchdowns on 158 carries during the regular season. Defensively, he had 39 tackles and 1 interception playing in the secondary.
Flowers is the fourth running back set to visit Clemson during the weekend of January 10th. Rodney Kinlaw, Andre Callender, and Tremaine Billie will also be in Tiger Town that weekend.
Flowers and Billie are the two that could play either as a running back or in the secondary at the collegiate level. We will continue to keep you updated on Thomas Flowers right up through signing day.
