Long time Ohio State verbal commit Justin Green will take an official visit this weekend.

"I am going to Ohio State this weekend for an official visit," said Green. "I am also going to take official visits to Clemson, Illinois, Tennessee and Alabama. I am going to Clemson on January 9. I am going to Alabama on the 16th. Then the following weekend I will go to either Illinois or Tennessee."

College coaches have filled the halls of Male High the past few weeks.

"I had a lot of coaches come by in the past week. Illinois, Clemson, Ohio State, Tennessee and Louisville. They all came by the house," he said.

Clemson assistant coach Jeff Scott visited with the four-star prospect last week.

"Coach Scott came by last Friday. I think he is going to come by again on Thursday," said Green.

Scott has quickly built a strong relationship with the Kentucky standout.

"I like him a lot. He told me what the program at Clemson has to offer. He said I would fit in on the team. He told me where I would play. He touched on a lot of areas that we will go over on the official visit," said Green.

The two-way standout could play several positions at the next level. Where would he play at Clemson?

"They told me I would probably play defensive back. I might get to play a little offense. They are recruiting me as an athlete like most of the other schools," said Green.

Don't expect a final decision until February from the prize recruit.

"It will probably be signing day before I make my final decision," he added.
