"It's a great venue for us to be able to play in an area we recruit heavily. We signed nine players from the state of Florida last year and we've played here now nine times and I'm sure that is something that has helped lead to our success recruiting.
"We have had zero issues with our kids from curfews or discipline. I told them I'm going to treat you like men and I expect you to act like men. That's the character of our football team. They've represented Clemson extremely well and I've had tremendous feedback from fans the Gator Bowl staff about the conduct of our team. I felt an extreme sense of purpose with our guys.
"[Nebraska] Balanced. 25 rushing touchdowns. 27 passsing touchdowns. Multiple players they get the ball to. They stay on schedule and very seldom do they get behind the chains. That's what scares me about them- they can run it and they can throw it. They throw it to the backs. Throw it to the tight ends and wide outs and he can make plays with his legs. Efficiency on offense it what worries me.
"No this team has not played its best game yet. We played our best game of the season against South Carolina, in my opinion. We played a physical style of play which is what it takes to win football games. C.J. Spiller had a fumble. Michael Hamlin dropped two interceptions or he would have the interception record right now. We have the attitude we are going to play our best game tomorrow. Hopefully that's what we'll bring to the stadium tomorrow on Jan 1."
