Two Visits for CU Commitment?

Clemson verbal commitment Quandon Christian will visit Tigertown this weekend, but another visit could be on the horizon as well.

LB Quandon Christian Profile

Lake View two-way standout Quandon Christian played in the Offense-Defense All American game this past weekend.

"It was alright," he told CUTigers.com afterwards. "It went pretty good. I enjoyed playing against the competition. I had a good game. I had seven tackles and two sacks."

Friday Quandon will head to Clemson for an official visit- the first of two this month.

"I am going to Clemson on Friday. My uncle will be coming with me," said Christian. "I am going to visit N.C. State also on the 16th. I will just take those two visits."

What would the Palmetto standout like to see during his trip to Clemson?

"I want to learn more about the majors they offer. I want to see how many students they graduate," replied Christian. "Mainly stuff like that."

Clemson assistant coach David Blackwell spoke with Christian earlier this week.

"Coach Blackwell called yesterday," he said. "He asked me if I wanted to reschedule the visit or if I can come this weekend. I told him I could come this weekend."

And what about his commitment to Clemson? Is he firm even though he's visiting the Wolfpack officially the following weekend?

Christian said he'll be wearing the orange and white in 2009.

"I will be," he said. "I am solid. I am firm with Clemson."
