Tigers land another 2011 commitment

The efforts of the Clemson coaching staff continue to pay off this week during Dabo Swinney's first annual football camp.

Friday, the last day of the second session of the week, the Tigers received the verbal commitment of 2011 running back Marlin Lane.

Lane camped at Clemson for the last three days and also visited Clemson during spring practice.

Clemson received the verbal commitment of Daniel defensive tackle DeShaun Williams Thursday. Like Williams is also in the 2011 recruiting class.

The Tigers also received the verbal commitment of 2010 defensive back prospect Bashaud Breeland Friday as well.

Lane rushed 69 times for 758 yards and scored 12 touchdowns during his sophomore season. CUTigers.com will have more on this breaking story shortly.
