Union offensive lineman Eric Young made his official visit to Knoxville this weekend, and according to govols.com, he verbally committed to head coach Phil Fulmer. However according to his mother, it's not true.
"We spoke by phone earlier this morning, and he made no mention of committing to any school. He said he had a good visit, that's it."
"He has always said that he's going to wait until signing day to make his announcement."
Another source close to Union football program has also indicated Sunday morning that this does not appear to be likely. More on this situation throughout the day.
