"I think Clemson is going to be my place to go," said Overmyer. The relationship I have with Coach West is great. I fit in great with the players. I think I have the best opportunity to play early there, but probably the most important thing is my relationship with Coach West. Clemson is not far from my house either. My parents can come to the game, but my parents are supportive of any decision I make. It's a small town, and it feels like college. Clemson has some good young players. The skill players look good, but they need some help on the offensive line. I think me and Brandon [Pilgrim] can come in and help."
When does he plan to make it official?
"Coach West is coming to the School tomorrow. It's really come down to Clemson and Florida State. Clemson is where I feel the most comfortable right now, but Florida state is still fresh on my mind from my official visit. I could commit to Clemson tomorrow, but I may want to chew on it for a week or so and then make a final decision at the end of the week."
Stay tuned, this one could be over in a hurry.
