"Things went well with the visit," said Young's mother earlier this afternoon. "I'm not sure if he's still committed to Tennessee or not, but I can tell you that its going to go all the way down until signing day."
"I don't think even he knows what he's going to do yet," added Young's mother.
The big offensive lineman will now venture to Chapel Hill this weekend to see what the North Carolina Tar Heels have in store.
"He's excited about going up there, so we'll just have to wait and see how it goes."
Young has already made the trip to Knoxville last weekend, when he committed to the Tennessee Volunteers. Since that point in time, he's wavered in his commitment more so than not.
"Its going down to the end, he had a good visit today and I think the coaches made him think hard about what he's going to do," added Young's mother.
We will continue to keep you updated on Eric Young, right up through signing day.
