Four star OT wants Clemson offer

This four-star offensive tackle from the state of Florida believes that Clemson will come through with an offer sometime in the near future.

St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale) offensive tackle Bobby Hart claims over 30 offers right now. He's already picked up offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Tennessee and Notre Dame.

"I tried to call the Clemson coaches, but they haven't picked up," Hart said. "I tried calling them this weekend. I've been getting stuff in the mail from them."

He told CUTigers that he would like to get an offer from the Tigers.

"They've always had a good program. I'm sure that they could better me as a football player," Hart said.

Now enrolled at St. Thomas Aquinas, the site of the 2010 NFL Pro Bowl practices, Hart believes his in-depth conversation with Flozell Adams will make him a better football player.

"We had a really good conversation. He was just telling me what it takes to get to that level, through hard work and everything," Hart said.

As a junior at Cardinal Gibbons High School (Fort Lauderdale), Hart was named to the class 2-A All-State second team.

So far during the spring recruiting circuit, he's taken Junior Day visits to Florida and Florida State. Clemson would be a destination too.

"I'd like to take a visit to Clemson if they offered," Hart said. ranks him as the No. 17 offensive tackle in the class of 2011.
