It's quite similar (to last year). I'm disappointed that we already lost. We were really expecting big things this year in the ACC Tournament.
It took us a little while to really get things going offensively. It seemed like we were stuck at 11 for a while. I think we just didn't come out and match their intensity in the first half. It seemed like we just couldn't get over that hump. We always pulled within two or three and just couldn't finish it.
You have to give N.C. State credit. They came out, played 40 minutes and got the win.
I wouldn't say that (they're better than the first game we played). I think they played pretty hard and pretty well up at their place. It was a close game up there as well. They definitely just had a heart edge this time through. They just kept battling.
We're excited to be able to redeem ourselves and come out and play well in the NCAA Tournament. We think we'll make it in. When Sunday rolls around, we're going to be watching. We just want to try and redeem ourselves after this first round loss in the ACC Tournament.
