OT Bobby Hart Profile
CUTigers recently caught up with St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) 2011 offensive tackle Bobby Hart.
Steele recruits the Miami area and remains in contact with Hart, who is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 10 offensive tackle in the class of 2011.
He shared his thoughts on Steele and what the two spoke about during a recent conversation.
"I've talked to him about three times. He seems like a real cool dude," Hart said.
"He was just telling me how I can come in and they're going to win and everything could go right for me up at their school."
Hart does indeed have a solid amount of interest in Clemson.
"I have a lot of interest in them. They'll probably make my top five," he said.
Hart wouldn't say who else he thought would make his final group of five.
"I'm not sure who will be in there, but Clemson does have a pretty good shot," he said. "I've liked them since I was a child.
"They've been my second favorite team. I also liked Miami (growing up)."
It's another in-state schools that he said is recruiting him the hardest—Florida State.
Before narrowing down his final five, Hart plans to talk to a few folks around him to get some advice.
"I'm going to sit down with my coaches and everything," he said.
Though nothing has been set, a visit up to Tigertown could be in the cards sometime in the future, whether that's unofficially or officially
"I'm probably going to come up that way when I go on some visits…I know I'm going to head up to the Carolinas, though," Hart said.
As far as officials go, he's yet to decide which schools he'll be visiting. But Hart is sure of one thing.
"I know that I'm going to take all five, but I don't know which ones I'm going to take," he said.
Big-time OT has "a lot of interest"
