WR Jody Fuller Profile
Sun Valley High School (Monroe, N.C.) wide receiver Jody Fuller picked up the offer from the Tigers.
"That was my goal. To go there and get an offer," he said. "I kind of expected it. I had talked to the coaches before and they just wanted to see me, to see if they could offer me.
"I kind of expected it. Then again, I didn't."
Offensive coordinator Billy Napier and tight ends/offensive tackles coach Danny Pearman told Fuller he was offered before leaving.
Fuller said the trip was his first visit to Tigertown.
"It was a nice place, one of the nicest places I've been to, so far," he said.
Fuller has visited the likes of South Carolina, Duke, Florida and Georgia. So far, he's also picked up offers from Maryland, Duke, South Carolina, Duke and East Carolina. Later this summer, he hopes to visit Maryland and East Carolina.
This fall, he's planning several game day visits.
"I'll probably go to South Carolina, Clemson, Duke and that's probably the only places I can really get to," Fuller said.
Are there any favorites at this point?
"I don't know. I can't really say," Fuller said.
As a sophomore, he had 31 catches for 480 yards and six touchdowns.
