ON TAJH BOYD
: I thought he was comfortable. He accepted the challenge and showed up and competed and overall I was pleased with him. The guy is a different human being. He's in a whole another world in terms of understanding the big picture and operating the whole thing. He worked his butt off this summer. A lot of film study. Great job leading our players in offseason drills. Last night (Monday) was really a struggle for him. It was raining and not great energy or execution level from the whole group. He struggled but he bounced back today and did a lot of good things.
ON PARKER BEING GONE HELPING BOYD
: It's great training for him because this could be the case on game day. For him to have to get ready mentally ... let's say if KP is injured and he has to go into a game. Today was that kind of situation. If that were to happen later in the year I think he'd be one step closer to being ready because of today. Overall it was really beneficial. I think it was also good for our other offensive players that to see that he's developed a comfort level and has a lot of confidence and sees the big picture and he operated that group really well all day.
