How ready are you for this season to get started after what has been somewhat of a long summer for you?
Parker: I think everyone is (ready). Everyone is ready to get out there and see what we've been working for all this time. We are just trying to prepare and get ready and trying to get this season off. We are just excited.

Are you curious to see what this offense will look like without C.J. Spiller?
Parker: Oh yeah. Definitely. The biggest thing is we are preparing the same way we prepared last year. We are doing some similar things and we are working hard. Now we finally get the chance to play somebody else.

Are you tired of answering questions about so many new faces this year?
Parker: Yes. Without a doubt. There's a lot of unknowns out there. There are some guys that have seen some time but not a significant amount. I'm just excited to get out there with them and get them acclimated to the game and hopefully getting them to play at the best of their ability.

What's the identity of this offense?
Parker: It's really tough to say. Like last year we are going to have to do a lot of things in order to win. More and more around this conference you aren't just going to have a team that throws it around a million or times or one team that simply runs it. You have to do multiple things and that's what we are going to have to do.

Do you expect to kind of spread it around Saturday?
Parker: Honestly, there are going to be a lot of guys out there so I won't be surprised to see a lot of guys get a lot of touches. Just to see who is going to step up and make plays. Hopefully we'll have a bunch of guys that will be dependable and we can build that relationship through the season.

What's your confidence level like with your offensive line now compared to this same time last year?
Parker: I'm extremely confident. I think the biggest thing is all of those guys have played and know how it's going to be Saturday and that makes it a whole lot easier on me.

The Rockies are making one last push for the wildcard. Are you following that?
Parker: For a while I thought they were out but obviously they are playing well and I'm happy for them.
