Colorado State to play seven times on national television this season

Rams will play on ESPN Networks, CBSSports at least seven times this with Colorado, Alabama and Hawai'i games still to be announced

FORT COLLINS -- The Mountain West Conference announced its national football television schedule, and Colorado State will be featured the ESPN Networks or CBS Sports at least seven times this year. 

The inaugural game at the Rams’ new on-campus stadium will kick off at 1 p.m. MT on Saturday, August 26 on CBS Sports Network. The Rams will be on CBS Sports Network four more times this season: Oct. 28 vs. Air Force (kickoff time TBA), Nov. 4 at Wyoming (5 p.m. MT), Nov. 11 vs. Boise State (8:30 p.m. MT) and Nov. 18 vs. San José State (kickoff time TBA).

CSU's Oct. 14 game vs. Nevada was picked up by the ESPN Networks, meaning it could be broadcast on any of the company's three television channels or its streaming service, ESPN3. Six days later, the Rams will travel to New Mexico for an 8:15 p.m. MT kickoff that will be broadcast on ESPN2. The game was originally set for Saturday before being moved to Friday night in ESPN's late-night spot. 

Television information for CSU's non-conference dates at Alabama and against in-state rival Colorado are set by their opponents' respective leagues and will likely be announced in the next few months. 

Games against Abilene Christian (Sept. 9) and Utah State (Oct. 7) can be still be picked up by ROOT Sports or will be streamed on the Mountain West Network.
