Josh Scott, a 6-foot-9, 200-pound forward from Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument, Colo., committed to CU. He is among the leading scorers in the state averaging 24 points and 10 rebounds this season.
Scott only recently received an offer from the Buffs and hasn't been offered by other programs. Considering it is still early in the 2012 cycle, that could change. Arizona, Xavier and UNLV all are reportedly interested in Scott.
Scott and his team remain alive in the Class 4A state playoffs this week. Lewis Palmer is scheduled to play Sand Creek in Golden at the Colorado School of Mines on Saturday.
