One quarterback that appears to be Colorado's radar is's Four star signal caller Manny Wilkins.

Wilkins, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound quarterback currently holds offers from Utah State, Wyoming, Colorado State and Arizona.

There is one PAC 12 school the Novato California athlete is hoping will offer in the future.

"I just got off the phone with Coach (Klayton) Adams," Wilkins told Thursday night. "I talk to him quite a bit, we are building a great relationship with each other."

While Colorado hasn't offered the talented thrower, Wilkins feels like an offer could be forth coming.

"They are telling me that I'm a potential offer," Wilkins said. "They tell me that they think that I fit their offense very well."

Wilkins is also impressed with Coach Mike MacIntyre, and what he and his staff did at San Jose State.

"It's about to be a lot of fun at Colorado," Wilkins said. "Coach MacIntyre plans on rebuilding the program into one of the best in the country."

Wilkins finished his junior season with over 2,600 yards in the air along with 20 touchdowns and added another 688 yards on the ground.

Wilkins has been on the Boulder campus before, his grandparents live in Colorado.

"I love the campus," Wilkins said. "It's a beautiful place. It has to be the No. 1 overall campus in the nation."

Wilkins is planning on attending a summer camp at Colorado.

"I plan on going to camp there," Wilkins said. "I would like to make an early decision this summer. Right now I don't have any favorites, I'm very interested in all the schools that are showing me interest. It's a cool process and each school has it's pros and cons."
