Colorado has proven it's a good place for wide receivers.
Coach Mike MacIntyre and his coaching staff have shown that they aren't shy about throwing the football.
One 2015 wide receiver that appears to be on Colorado's recruiting radar is Vista Murrieta HS pass catcher Colin Baker.
One school that Baker is hearing from the most happens to be Colorado.
"I get stuff from them almost everyday," Baker told BuffPlayBook.com. "I also visit with some of their coaches on Facebook when I get the chance."
Time is something Baker hasn't had a lot of lately, working to make sure his high school football team makes it to the state championship game.
"Right now I'm more focus on my team's season," Baker said. "We are all focused on trying our best to win a state championship. I will do more of the recruiting stuff after the season is over."
Is Baker close to his first offer?
"I think that Colorado is close to offering, I sure hope so," Baker said. "Colorado looks like a good school to go to."
Baker does have a connection to the state of Colorado, his high school quarterback from last year Nick Stephens is now attending Colorado State.
"It would definitely be strange playing against him," Baker said. "It could be fun."
Baker has thrown for over 500 yards and six touchdowns so far this season.
