McKinney North running back Ronald Jones picked up a trifecta of offers on Wednesday.

Jones, a four star rated running back by Scout.com, confirmed that he received offers from Colorado, Auburn and USC.

"It's very exciting to get all the offers I did today," Jones told BuffPlayBook.com. "Colorado, Auburn, and USC all offered me today. The new offers makes my decision that much harder."

Jones, a 6-foot-0, 185-pound runner has been timed with an unofficial 4.41 forty yard dash. The talented ball carrier currently has 13 offers from schools such as Alabama, Baylor, Clemson, Oklahoma, and several Pac 12 schools.

As a junior in 2013, Jones ran for 2,406 yards and 39 touchdowns, averaging 9.9 yards per carry as he led McKinney North to the second round of the Class 4A Division I playoffs.

According to Jones he doesn't have any top favorites, but that could change in the near future.

"I'm working on a top five or six, hopefully in the near future," Jones said. "Right now I don't have an early favorite."

Jones is familiar with his Colorado recruiter Jim Jeffcoat.

"I have known Coach Jeffcoat for a while," Jones said. "I know they use to be really good, they have had some tremendous running backs there before."
